The Eligibility Criteria, age limit, Educational Qualification for CSIR UGC NET December 2024 is given below.
- Qualification : General/ EWS candidates who have at least 55% marks in Master’s Degree or equivalent from recognized universities/ institutions. the OBC (NCL)/ SC/ ST/ PwD/ Third Gender candidates who have at least 50% marks.
- Final Year Master’s degree students can also eligible to apply but must complete the degree with required percentage within two years.
Age Limit : for Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) Maximum 30 years as of February 2025 (age relaxation for reserved categories as per government rules). for Assistant Professor / Ph.D. Admission : their is no upper age limit.
