- Qualification : Three (03) years full time Diploma in Electrical/ Electronics/ Instrumentation/ Mechanical/ Production/ Metallurgical/ Power Engineering form any institute, recognized by AICTE or UGC. BOE certificate would be required for power plant Operation positions.
- Experience : Minimum three (03) years of relevant work experience, preferable in Steel & Sponge Iron Plant as on 1 November 2024 after acquiring diploma certificate.
- Marks : Minimum 55% Marks aggregated in Diploma Engineering for General candidates and 50% for Female/SC/ST/ Transgender/ PWD candidates.
Age Limit : Should have born on or after, 1st November 1992 for General Candidates. and should have born on or after 1st November 1989 for Female/ SC/ST/ Transgender/PWD candidates.
