Jharkhand Cabinet meeting Update

According to the Cabinet Secretary, a total of 27 proposals were approved by the Jharkhand state cabinet. 

To appear in the Jharkhand State Staff Selection Commission (JSSC) matriculation, inter and graduate level examinations, it is now necessary for the candidates to have passed matriculation/inter from a recognized educational institution of the state. 

They should also have a basic understanding of local culture and language.

Jharkhand’s matric-inter pass youth will be given priority consideration in government jobs. 

This decision would not affect Jharkhand students who have completed matriculation outside of the state. They will also benefit from this.

The government has declared that the provisions relating to passing matriculation-inter from Jharkhand’s educational institutions will not apply to candidates who take advantage of the state’s reservation policies.

Local Jharkhand students will be notably benefited in such a case.

The year 2021 has been designated as the year of appointment by the state government.

This change was adopted by the state government to remove any obstacles in the appointment process.

Jharkhand Cabinet meeting News Today: The number will have to be raised to 30% by including both Hindi and English.

Both Hindi and English exams will be included in the JSSC test, but they must be combined to achieve a minimum score of 30%.

This number, however, will not be included in the final merit list.

Paper II is about regional tribal knowledge, and Paper III is about general knowledge.

The second paper will be about the regional tribal languages of different areas of the state.

The third paper will be a general knowledge paper.

At least a 30% mark in both of these subjects will be required.

  • Ho,
  • Khadia,

  • Nagpuri,
  • Panchparganiya, and
  • Oriya are among the languages featured.
  • For district-level positions, any of the languages listed by district must be taken.
